G'MIC

G'MIC is a full-featured open-source framework for digital image processing, distributed under the CeCILL free software licenses (LGPL-like and/or GPL-compatible). It provides several user interfaces to convert / process / visualize generic image datasets, ranging from 1D scalar signals to 3D+t sequences of multi-spectral volumetric images, hence including 2D color images.

Norns

Norns is a visual environment dedicated to workflow programming in chemoinformatics: the tool enables an experimenter to easily set a data processing chain by visually linking boxes, each boxe implementing an elementary task. The current version of Norns contains a panoply of elementary treatments, directly available as configurable boxes. Moreover, the environment has been designed to facilitate the addition of new boxes by the user. Norns is programmed in C++, it requires Qt and OpenBabel.
